When you connect your Instagram account to Meu Folio, we collect the following information from Instagram's API:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We never post to your Instagram account on your behalf.
Your Folio data is stored securely using Netlify's infrastructure. We store your Instagram access token to allow you to log back in and refresh your content. This token is encrypted and never exposed publicly.
Meu Folio requests only the minimum Instagram permissions necessary to operate:
We do not request permission to publish content, manage comments, or access private messages.
Your data is retained as long as your Meu Folio page exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by visiting meufolio.com/delete or emailing privacy@meufolio.com.
Meu Folio uses session storage (not cookies) to maintain your login state on your device. No tracking cookies are used. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
To help creators understand how their Meu Folio pages perform, we collect anonymous, first-party analytics when someone visits a public folio. We record page views, clicks on links and buttons, scroll depth, the page that referred the visit (origin only — no full URL or query string), and a coarse device type derived from viewport width.
We do not set cookies, do not collect IP addresses, and do not use any third-party analytics service. To distinguish one visit from another, we generate a random session identifier in the browser's session storage; it is cleared when the browser tab closes and is never linked to a person. Creators see only aggregate counts (e.g. total visitors, top pages, top clicks) for their own folio.
Meu Folio is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
