Meu Folio is a platform that allows users to create a portfolio landing page using their public Instagram content. We provide tools to customize and share this page via a unique URL (meufolio.com/username).
To use Meu Folio, you must connect your Instagram account. By doing so, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the Instagram account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs through it.
You retain full ownership of all content you post or display through Meu Folio, including your Instagram content and any custom content you add. By using our service, you grant Meu Folio a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content on your portfolio page.

Your use of Meu Folio is also subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Platform Policy. We access Instagram data only in accordance with Instagram's API terms.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
All pages created with Meu Folio display a "Powered by Meu Folio" attribution. This attribution may not be removed on free plans.
Meu Folio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Meu Folio at any time and request deletion of your data at meufolio.com/delete. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
